Overview

In this role you translate complex AI security concepts into business-friendly guidance and governance processes. You bridge security and business stakeholders to operationalize AI security programs that are scalable and easy to adopt. You lead the definition and execution of governance strategies across the AI lifecycle, driving decision-making and executive alignment. You work closely with cross-functional teams to turn risk and control requirements into actionable plans and enablement. You help organizations adopt AI with confidence by shaping governance frameworks and stakeholder communications that unlock real impact.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute AI Security Governance strategies aligned with business priorities and risk appetite
- Translate AI security requirements into practical governance processes covering the full AI lifecycle
- Create executive-level presentations and strategic communications for decision-making
- Bridge security and business stakeholders, turning risks and controls into actionable plans
- Coordinate programs with workplans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate workshops to define ownership, escalation paths,



and governance priorities
- Drive adoption and enablement with guidance, training materials, and frameworks
- Monitor program performance with metrics and leadership reporting

Requisitos principales

- Experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Security Governance, Security Strategy, Technology Risk, GRC, or Security Transformation
- Strong technical background in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Working knowledge of AI Security, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents with related risks
- Experience defining or implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and reporting mechanisms
- Understanding of Application Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Data Protection, Secure Development, and Security Monitoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for concise executive guidance
- Experience managing projects, workstreams, risks, and executive governance forums
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent initiative
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams across security, architecture, engineering, risk, and business functions
- Fluent Spanish and English
