Overview

As a Solutions Engineer for Service Providers, you’ll drive Netskope adoption by embedding our technology into partner advisory, implementation, and managed services. You’ll support partner onboarding, training, and certifications to accelerate customer success. You’ll build strong cross-functional partnerships and develop programs that grow the partner ecosystem. This role combines technical advocacy with program management to demonstrate Netskope’s cloud security leadership to Global Service Providers.

Responsabilidades

- Cultivate and manage relationships with partner ecosystems across Engineers to Executives
- Educate partners on Secure Service Edge and SASE transformations and Netskope advantages
- Train partners via Netskope Academy, online curriculum, and custom content; promote Netskope certifications
- Assist in building and promoting the Netskope Prime program and recruit members
- Develop partner-focused practices within the Netskope community to enable onboarding and support of customers
- Act as technical advocate, coordinating with sales, engineering, product management, support, and success teams
- Manage programs with progress tracking, reporting, and monthly/quarterly/annual reviews to show channel value
- Support partners in pitching, demoing, and producing POVs on Netskope with comprehensive resources




- Drive practice development and cross-department collaboration on strategic initiatives
- Maintain a results-driven approach with clear ownership and urgency (MSH/GSD)

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years in a similar vendor/partner role
- 7+ years of direct pre-sales experience
- Proven track record with at least one Integral Service Provider (e.g., BT, Orange, Telefonica)
- Broad security, networking, proxies, authentication, and Internet fundamentals knowledge
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies
- Ability to navigate large partner organizational structures
- Experience in cloud security from one or more vendors
- Leadership in cross-department collaborations on strategic initiatives
- Experience managing large SaaS solution opportunities and executive relationships
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of vendor and partner business metrics
- High sense of urgency and ownership (MSH/GSD)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel as needed and as permitted by health laws
- Spanish language fluency
