Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Glovo’s Global Finance Operations, you own the full AR lifecycle for designated portfolios and drive cash collection and DSO improvements. You will partner with internal teams to resolve payment blocks, perform end-to-end analysis, and implement process improvements with a focus on impact and efficiency. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, and leveraging automation to streamline routines. Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end AR lifecycle including month-end closure, impairment calculations, debt collection, cash allocation, and reporting
- Improve cash collection and DSO by managing customer relationships and removing payment blocks through cross-team collaboration




- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, resolve complex disputes, and address root causes
- Leverage AI tools to automate routing and repetitive tasks for efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues, grow professionally, and undertake additional duties or projects

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years in Accounts Receivable
- Proven track record of reducing debt, DSO, and unallocated cash
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Portuguese, Italian or French is a plus
- Office Suite (Excel / GSuite) proficiency
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
- Strong interpersonal influence with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and ownership mindset
- Adaptability and proactive attitude
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus
- Experience in SAP, Dynamics 365 and/or Celonis is a plus
- Experience in shared service centers, scale-ups, or process improvements is a plus
