We are seeking a Head of Housekeeping for an 80m new-build vessel currently docked in Spain, with a busy private program cruising the Mediterranean Sea.

This hands‑on role requires a detail‑oriented leader to manage the interior shutdown process, ensuring that soft furnishings, art, and decor are carefully packed and stored.

Responsibilities include

Creating and maintaining a comprehensive digital inventory of all interior items, such as linens, guest supplies, and crew uniforms, while coordinating with the interior team on daily housekeeping tasks.

The adecuado candidate will have at least two seasons of experience as a Second Stewardess or Head of House on yachts over 60m, a solid understanding of housekeeping standards, and prior experience during yard periods.

Strong organisational skills, proficiency in inventory management, and the ability to work discreetly and professionally are essential.

Fluency in Spanish and relevant interior qualifications are advantageous.

This temporary position offers an attractive salary commensurate with experience.
