We're partnering with a integral leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an e-commerce project based in Benalmádena, Málaga. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while supporting customers with world-class service.Your Role:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as customer requests via Live Chat and email.- Support customers with questions about orders, products, and promotions, always ensuring a professional and friendly approach.- Process calls redirected from stores and register them accurately in the ticketing system.- Follow established procedures and project guidelines to ensure consistent service.- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and continuously improving customer satisfaction.- Work collaboratively with colleagues,
