Responsabilidades

- Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions
- Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and market drivers to generate actionable insights
- Improve forecast accuracy by identifying biases and recommending process improvements
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, IT,



and external stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze large datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models
- Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery to knowledge transfer
- Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities for long-term value

Requisitos principales

- Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, or related field
- Proven track record delivering analytical solutions with measurable business value
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in a business setting
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for analysis and automation
- Strong SQL, data management, and data preparation skills
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
