We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-focused Labor Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and HR colleagues on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting positive employee relations across the organization. You will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, advising on labor law matters, supporting negotiations and consultation processes, and contributing to a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.This is an excellent opportunity for a labor relations professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.Job Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and HR teams on employee and labor relations matters.- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace investigations, performance-related matters, and conflict resolution.- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies, and company procedures.- Partner with business leaders to proactively identify and mitigate labor relations risks.- Support organizational changes, restructures, workforce consultations, and other labor-related initiatives.- Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation, communications, and case records.- Collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors when required.- Monitor updates to employment legislation and assess their impact on the business.- Support collective labor relations activities,



including interactions with employee representatives, workers' councils, and unions where applicable.- Deliver practical training and guidance to managers on employee relations best practices and labor law compliance.- Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to enhance the employee experience and reduce risk.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and tools.Required Skills and Experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, employment law, or a similar HR-focused role.- Experience managing employee relations cases independently from initiation through resolution.- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and changing business environment.- Previous experience within technology, digital, travel, or multinational organizations is highly valued.- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations practices.- Highly hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a risk-management perspective.- Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across all levels of the organization.- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Languages- Advanced English (C1 level or equivalent).- Advanced Spanish (C1 level or equivalent).- Additional languages are a plus.
