– Business Analyst (Data Mapping)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand source systems, data structures, and business processes.
- Analyze and document source data and map it to the target schema/data model.
- Perform data profiling and validation using SQL to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams for data transformation and integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
- Require strong understanding of Facility Management domain (assets, maintenance, operations, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and profiling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive discussions and clarify requirements.
