? Opportunity at Capitole – Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Specialist ?

We are looking for a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team and support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) area, covering both project activities and BAU operations. Your main objective will be to review, guide, and enhance operational resilience across different entities, with a specific focus on End-to-End Business Resilience, the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulatory framework, and the simplification and alignment of BCM frameworks.

Responsibilities

? Review and validate End-to-End operational resilience deliverables, ensuring quality and methodological alignment, as well as guiding entities through their implementation.

? Support actions linked to DORA by evaluating critical and important functions (CIF) and verifying data quality in the Register of Information.

? Update, simplify, and unify BCM guidelines and incorporate new controls and BCM testing methodologies aligned with Group practices.

? Analyze the quality of entities' BCPs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and ensuring auditable deliverables for senior management.

Must Have

? Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

? Solid experience in BCM principles, methodologies,



and best practices.

? Expert knowledge of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulatory framework requirements.

? Demonstrable experience in defining and executing BIA, Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, BCPs, and Testing & Exercising programs.

Desirable Requirements

? Previous experience with the Riskonnect tool.

? Ability to prepare high-quality reports and documentation suitable for senior stakeholder review.
