As a Staff Software Engineer in Sanofi’s Global eCommerce Software Engineering team, you shape the technical future of a $7B business connecting patients and healthcare professionals to medicines and vaccines. You will set technical direction across multiple teams, building scalable cloud-native platforms and resilient microservices that impact patient access worldwide. You’ll mentor senior engineers, foster collaboration with product and business partners, and advocate strong security and release practices. Responsabilidades

- Drive technical strategy across multiple teams and domains, designing scalable architectures for global eCommerce platforms
- Make critical technical decisions balancing quality and pragmatism to deliver on time
- Champion cloud-native development, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and cybersecurity
- Mentor and grow senior engineers,



promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Bridge engineering, product, and business teams to align direction with organizational goals and patient impact
- Represent engineering in conversations with external partners and vendors, advocating for sound technical standards

Requisitos principales

- Proven track record leading technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers
- JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), React or equivalent, and an OO language (Java, Python, C++, or similar)
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code
- Microservices, API design, CI/CD, observability tools (DataDog), and automated testing
