We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business, develop merchant relationships, and grow our international client portfolio.About SetoPaySetoPay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and other high-risk sectors.This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will own the sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the onboarding team.You will be responsible for generating new business, building a strong sales pipeline, understanding merchant requirements, and matching them with SetoPay’s payment solutions.What you will do- Identify and develop new merchant opportunities across international markets- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry connections, and other sales channels- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and handover to onboarding- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers- Understand merchant business models, payment requirements, and challenges and identify suitable solutions- Prepare and present commercial proposals and product presentations- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business- Keep CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reporting accurate and up to date- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding process- Monitor market developments, competitors,
