TheFork is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F;) team within Operations. You will translate complex business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions that scale across the organization.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with SQL and AI-powered tools, design KPIs and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements from concept to implementation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
