Corporate Finance Director | Madrid The Corporate Finance Director will join SKA Hotels Group’s corporate team in Madrid, with direct responsibility for the financial assessment, structuring and execution of transactions related to assets, investment and corporate development.

The position is intended for a senior professional with an established track record in corporate finance and experience operating within complex and demanding corporate environments.

Professional Background & Expertise

- Financial analysis and structuring of corporate and investment transactions.
- Evaluation of assets and investment opportunities.
- Development and oversight of feasibility studies and financial models.
- Analysis of returns, capital structures and alternative investment scenarios.
- Preparation and presentation of transactions to financial institutions, investors and other institutional stakeholders.




- Coordination with external advisers and senior management teams.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into clear, well-founded recommendations.

Experience in demanding corporate environments, exposure to significant transactions and a strong financial perspective in strategic decision-making will be highly valued.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, strategic perspective, sound judgement, rigour, discretion and autonomy, together with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
