Your main purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Sani/Ikos Group, you will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support the identification and attraction of talented individuals for our Corporate teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment skills in an international luxury hospitality environment, while gaining exposure to different roles, stakeholders and Talent Acquisition practices.

- Supporting recruitment search for our Corporate Internship Programme and new Trainee positions, from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination and selection.
- Accompanying relationships with universities, FUE and other talent partners,



gaining hands-on experience working with university career services and recruitment portals to support the Internship Programme and early-career hiring.
- Supporting recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Maintaining candidate information and talent pipelines, ensuring our recruitment data and records are accurate and up to date.
- Scheduling interviews and recruitment activities, supporting a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Supporting communication with candidates and hiring managers, assisting the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
- Participating in recruitment events, career fairs and employer branding activities to promote Sani/Ikos Group and engage with potential talent.

What will you bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement through their university or other applicable educational institution.
