THE ROLEYou'll manage and develop a portfolio of restaurant clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from the platform while building trusted, long-term relationships. Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, General Managers and key decision-makers
Monitoring customer satisfaction, product usage and account health
Helping restaurants maximise product adoption and value
Working closely with Product, Support, Sales and Operations teams
Contributing to customer retention,



satisfaction and recurring revenue growth WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2–4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Retention or Commercial Account Management, or Restaurant Management/leadership experince. A background in hospitality, particularly the restaurant industry, is highly desirable Experience with Hospitality Tech, Restaurant SaaS, Reservation/Booking Platforms, POS or Payments would be a major advantage Strong B2B relationship and account management experience Experience with customer retention, renewals, upselling or account growth Commercially minded while maintaining a genuine customer-first approach Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with restaurant owners, managers and operational teams Professional-level German OR French is essential WHY JOIN?This is an excellent opportunity to combine your hospitality experience, commercial skills and passion for technology within a rapidly growing international Hospitality Tech environment.
