The venue offers a total area of 3,000 m², featuring two distinct spaces and a large outdoor terrace. Its versátil layout allows for tailored setups to match the needs and style of each event. Sala Groove is recognized as a local reference point for high-quality, customizable event experiences.

Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pinto, with some work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for generating and managing event sales leads, conducting client consultations, and preparing proposals for nightlife, private, and corporate events. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, coordinating event details with the operations team, and maintaining clear communication with clients from initial inquiry through event completion.

The role also involves monitoring sales performance, contributing to promotional strategies,



and building long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and venue visibility.

Qualifications

- Event Planning and Event Management skills for coordinating nightlife, private, and corporate events.
- Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing contracts.
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, internal coordination, and clear documentation.
- Experience managing Private Events, with an understanding of tailored service and client expectations.
- Proven experience in event sales or venue management, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Pinto with remote tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort using CRM tools, office software, and digital communication platforms.
- Fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and a client-focused mindset.
