We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join an international banking project for a leading Swiss wealth management group.

? About the role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React, JavaScript and TypeScript to join a highly skilled international team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and monitoring modern frontend applications, while working closely with stakeholders, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.

The role combines hands-on frontend development with software architecture, Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation within the banking sector.

? Key responsibilities

? Design, develop, deploy, release and monitor frontend applications.

? Develop high-quality, maintainable and scalable frontend solutions following established engineering standards.

? Work within cross-functional Agile teams in a DevOps-oriented environment.

? Translate business requirements into functional frontend solutions, working closely with stakeholders across different divisions.

? Participate actively in planning, refinement sessions and technical discussions.

? Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure frontend solutions are aligned with the overall architecture strategy.

? Participate in pull request reviews and promote high standards of code quality.

? Contribute to software engineering communities, sharing knowledge and supporting other team members.





? Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and best practices to support digital transformation.

? What are we looking for?

✔ Proven professional experience in Frontend Engineering.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

✔ Solid understanding of frontend architectures, responsive design and performance optimization.

✔ Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React and Angular.

✔ Knowledge of OpenAPI.

✔ Experience working with Kubernetes (PKS) is highly valued.

✔ Experience with TDD, BDD and automated testing frameworks, such as Jest or React Testing Library.

✔ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

✔ Fluent English, both written and spoken.

? A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
