and improvement opportunitiesAlign processes with SLAs and service objectivesSupport Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiativesWhat You Bring3+ years in process management (BPM)3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)Experience with SLA definitionBackground in regulated environments (e.G. financial services)Knowledge of risk managementExperience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)Diversity is important to us.
