Overview

As Finance Insights Manager at Glovo, you own internal financial reporting and the single source of truth for core metrics. You lead a small team, ensure accurate, timely disclosures, and translate complex business activity into clear definitions and actionable insights. You act as product owner for the finance analytics stack, driving automation and AI initiatives across the function. This role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on data storytelling to influence cross‑functional decisions in a fast‑growing environment.

Responsabilidades

- Own the internal reporting package end-to-end with accuracy and timely closing
- Define and safeguard consistency of core metrics like GMV and Contribution Margin across reporting touchpoints
- Enable FP&A;, Controlling, Accounting and Local teams with a reliable single source of truth
- Act as product manager for the finance analytics stack and coordinate with technology teams




- Deep-dive into data to surface actionable business recommendations
- Drive automation and AI roadmap for Finance Insights and promote scalable reporting
- Lead, coach and grow a team of three analysts
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional partners and senior leadership

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in a finance role
- 3+ years in people management
- Experience owning a reporting or financial-insights function end-to-end
- Expert-level financial modeling and consolidation architecture
- Unit economics modeling for per-order or per-vertical contributions
- Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles
- Product-management mindset for finance analytics stack
- Proficiency in SQL / Looker / Tableau and familiarity with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and tools (Anaplan, OneStream)
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics and conversational analytics
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities
