At The Ticket Merchant, we are passionate about connecting people with the live events they love. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Global Project Manager to join our dynamic Tech Team and help drive our technical operations forward.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Global Project Manager to serve as the vital link between our CTO and our daily technical operations. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, while collaborating daily with our integral developer team to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of our tech initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the CTO and the development team, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and expectations.

· Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate daily tech operations, managing multiple projects from conception through to deployment.

· Agile Management: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and unblocked.

· Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the CTO and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and resource allocation.

· Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in our workflows and implement effective solutions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Experience:



5+ years of project management experience within a technology or software development environment.

· Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both languages.

· Location: Ideally based in Spain or within similar time zone. Unfortunately this position is time zone sensitive and candidate not located in CET or a time zone similar won’t be considered.

· Skills: Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership (CTO level) and managing cross-functional developer teams.

· Mindset: A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
