At Agilité, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee eager to start a career in Human Resources. During this 4 to 6-month internship, you will gain practical experience in key HR functions, support international HR initiatives and contribute to delivering excellent employee experience across the Company.

This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee administration, training and development activities, HR systems and employee engagement, providing an excellent foundation for a future career in HR.

Key Responsibilities.

HR Administration

· Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files.

· Support the preparation and filing of HR documentation.

· Help ensure that employee information is accurately maintained in the HR Information System (HRIS).

· Assist with document collection during onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Support the administration of employee leave and absence records.

Recruitment

· Assist with the publication of job advertisements on recruitment platforms.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate meetings between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

· Support the organization of recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

· Assist in preparing recruitment-related documentation.

Training support

· Support the administration of mandatory training programmes, including Health & Safety training requirements.





· Assist employees with training registrations and learning platform access.

· Maintain training and compliance records, ensuring documentation is up to date.

· Assist in tracking development plans, training completion and career development activities.

HR Projects

· Support various HR projects and administrative activities as required.

· Assist in the preparation of HR presentations, reports and dashboards.

General Administrative Support

· Provide administrative assistance to the HR team on a range of daily activities.

· Organise and maintain HR folders, templates and documentation.

· Assist with meeting scheduling and follow-up actions.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.

Skills & Qualifications.

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

· Fluency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset.
