Experteer Overview In this VP role, you will lead execution on active mandates in energy and infrastructure, shaping client-informed strategic advice. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare information memoranda, model and value projects, and manage data rooms. You will drive market analyses and target screening to identify opportunities for clients, while mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining high professional standards. - Execute buy-side, sell-side, and advisory mandates in energy and infrastructure.
- Prepare information memoranda, management presentations, and financial models.
- Conduct market, strategic, and competitive analyses; identify targets/buyers.
- Manage client interactions with professionalism and credibility; anticipate client needs.
- Organize and direct junior resources to meet deadlines and priorities.




- Coach and develop junior team members; provide training and empowerment.
- Present ideas to clients and colleagues to generate future business opportunities.Responsabilidades
- 6-9 years of relevant experience from a leading investment bank, Mu0026A boutique, corporate finance, or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong financial modelling skills with ability to build detailed, integrated models and analyze capital structures.
- Professional maturity and ability to interact directly with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and standard financial databases.
