Responsabilidades

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Salesforce and AI Agent initiatives
- Own and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on business value
- Refine user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements with Sales & Marketing stakeholders
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories for technical teams
- Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, decisions and outcomes




- Facilitate workshops and backlog refinement in an international setting
- Track delivery progress and resolve blockers as requirements evolve
- Support functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining stakeholder collaboration

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar roles
- Proven ability translating business needs into clear requirements
- Experience with product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting functional testing and/or UAT
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently with strong stakeholder coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
