You will support the Project Managers in the development of the FW27 Show, Pre-Collection SS28/FW28, Paula’s FW28, Jewellery and Special Projects, contributing to sample coordination, material management and cross-functional collaboration.
Your role will be:
- Support Project Managers in coordinating sample launches and following up on key deadlines across different collections and special projects.
- Prepare and organize materials, stock information and technical data to support the sample development process.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production and other teams to ensure smooth communication and project follow-up.
- Support sample development and fitting processes, ensuring that timelines and priorities are met.
- Help identify and manage existing materials and leftovers, prioritizing their use to minimize waste.
- Organize and maintain material files by colour to facilitate the identification and reuse of existing materials.
- Provide stock and material availability information to the Design team to support collection development.
- Assist in improving sample development processes and ensuring the timely delivery of samples.
What you need for the role:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's programme, preferably in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Product Development or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- An interest in fashion, design, materials and product development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical skills and an interest in material management and process improvement.
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English.
