We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and other high-risk sectors.This is not an entry-level or purely administrative role. You will work closely with the sales team and help keep the commercial pipeline moving from lead generation and follow-up through merchant onboarding and live processing.What you will do- Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene- Work closely with the Sales team to keep leads, commercial activities, and onboarding requirements moving without delays- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation- Support the sales team throughout the full merchant acquisition cycle — from first contact to live processing- Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice- Keep sales reports, pipeline data, and performance tracking accurate and up to date- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth merchant onboarding- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process and flag them early- Help improve sales processes, workflows, and day-to-day commercial operationsWhat we require- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations,
