Overview

In this role you will lead the schedule development lifecycle across one or more industrial, science, and technology projects, aligning Owner’s and contractor plans with quality standards. You will drive dynamic planning with cross-functional teams, monitor schedule performance, and support site progress with actionable reporting. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, scalable solutions, and team development within a global, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the schedule development lifecycle from high-level planning to detailed execution
- Lead dynamic planning sessions with the project management team to create schedules
- Develop and manage the Owner’s schedule ensuring alignment with quality standards
- Verify contractor schedules and reports for completeness and escalate gaps
- Track and summarize schedule performance (e.g., s-curves, critical paths,



variance, float) for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
- Perform schedule scenario analyses (what-if)
- Visit construction sites to support teams and assess progress
- Promote continuous improvement and scalable solutions within the team

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction-related discipline
- Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Acumen Fuse and PowerBi is a plus
- Experience in data centre or pharma is a plus
- Competent in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
