Overview

In this role you will lead cloud security efforts within ADP’s Global Security Organization, guiding vulnerability management across cloud and on-premises environments. You’ll collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams to strengthen the CVM program, focusing on cloud security, risk prioritization, and remediation at scale. You’ll drive automation and metrics to measure program effectiveness while addressing emerging threats across a general infrastructure. This is an opportunity to shape security practices in a large, complex technology environment.

Responsabilidades

- Identify vulnerabilities and assess risk to prioritize remediation across the environment.
- Develop metrics and reporting to measure vulnerability management program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate risks and program status to senior stakeholders.
- Respond to evolving security threats and vulnerabilities across hundreds of products and a global infrastructure.
- Evaluate vulnerabilities and coordinate mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement automation to streamline vulnerability management, response, remediation, and data analysis.

Requisitos principales





- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and information security.
- Hands-on experience securing cloud environments, with proven Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise; other clouds a plus.
- Proven track record building or contributing to vulnerability management programs (metrics, automation, response, remediation).
- Analytical, problem-solving abilities and experience working with development, cloud, DevOps, and security teams.
- Experience with security and compliance tools such as Qualys and CrowdStrike.
- Hands-on experience with CSPM tools (e.g., Wiz, Prisma, Dome9/CloudGuard).
- Ability to communicate security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using data to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support decision-making.
- Scripting and querying skills; Python and SQL preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical/professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud security or vulnerability management.
