A leading integral customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support eCommerce customers with orders, enquiries and complaints. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat.What you will do- Handle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone, email and live chat- Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools- Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication- Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems- Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targetsWhat we are looking for- Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+),
