SafeStays is the rental division of The One Properties, specializing in mid- to long-term rentals. We offer fully furnished, fully equipped apartments in the best and most sought-after neighborhoods of the cities where we operate. We are established in Madrid, Lugano, Milan and Miami, and are now launching in Paris. We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English speaker to support our team and help expand our property portfolio in our Madrid market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Personal Assistant role based in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for Madrid apartment owners and will actively look for new properties to join SafeStays.

- Your day-to-day will include: Attending to apartment owners in Madrid: answering their questions, keeping them updated, and building long-term relationships with them
- Searching for new apartment owners and properties in Madrid through outreach, local contacts and partners, and online platforms
- Presenting SafeStays' services to prospective owners and following up until they are onboarded




- Researching the Madrid rental market and comparing prices to assess new opportunities
- Coordinating property visits and inspections, and managing documentation and owner communications, including with local partners on the ground in Madrid
- Supporting the team with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks
- Following the company's processes and standards in everything you do

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, account management, real estate, hospitality, travel, or premium services, or as a personal or executive assistant
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a friendly, professional approach to owners
- Good lead generation and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management
- Experience with international or high-value clients is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the Madrid real estate or rental market is a strong advantage
- Fluent Spanish and English are required
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
