We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our holiday rental properties and build strong, lasting relationships with property owners.

You will coordinate inspections, maintenance, cleaning and external suppliers, following each issue through until it is resolved. The role also includes supporting new properties as they join our portfolio and keeping owners informed with clear, timely communication.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, repair and presentation needs.
- Check and help ensure properties are in excellent condition and ready for guest arrivals.
- Assess and document damage or issues reported after stays, including photographs and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, repairs and other work with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Track open jobs, deadlines and quality of work, following up persistently until completion.
- Keep property owners informed about the condition of their property, ongoing work and relevant incidents.
- Support the onboarding of new properties, including initial inspections, documentation and coordination of any work required.
- Coordinate larger maintenance and improvement projects, monitoring progress, quality and agreed budgets.
- Keep accurate records, reports and property information up to date in digital systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain a high standard across the portfolio.

What we are looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.



Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several properties and priorities at once.
- A proactive, persistent approach: you take ownership, follow up and see tasks through to completion.
- Confidence working autonomously while communicating well and contributing to a team.
- A professional, helpful and considerate manner with owners, colleagues and suppliers.
- Advanced digital skills and confidence learning and using property management software, PMS platforms and other business systems.
- A full driving licence and availability to travel regularly between properties in the Marbella area.

Experience and qualifications Previous experience in property management, holiday rentals, real estate, facilities management or property or community administration will be valued. Experience coordinating projects, contractors or property-related work is also useful. A technical background or practical knowledge of building maintenance is an advantage.
