About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP expert to analyze and optimize complex business processes within heterogenous system landscapes, with a specific focus on logistics and production processes in SAP PP and SAP PEO. You will deliver remote consulting services alongside our general team, concentrating on system optimization, conceptual planning, and empowering clients with the latest best practice knowledge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse manufacturing archetypes, including Fabrication, Aerostructures, Final Assembly, and High-Speed Repetitive Production, particularly within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D;) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies.
- Deliver remote consulting services to international clients, focusing on system improvements, best practices, and conceptual planning.
- Collaborate with clients to understand manufacturing processes and tailor SAP solutions accordingly.
- Support greenfield implementation projects, ensuring seamless transitions from ECC to S/4HANA, specifically in PP and MRP modules.
- Provide guidance on SAP Quality Management, Materials Management, and Manufacturing Execution within diverse production environments.
- Share expertise on SAP Material Master Data, BOM handover, ECM, and classification functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in SAP Production Engineering and Operations, Production Planning, MRP, and related areas.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PEO, ECC/S/4HANA, and manufacturing execution processes.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing archetypes, especially within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
- Practical experience managing customer projects,



SAP implementations, and service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of SAP Quality Management, Materials Management, and engineering functionalities.
- Ability to support greenfield projects and manage SAP transformation initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional, friendly demeanor and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- High service orientation and resilience to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.

Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
