Overview

As Client Solutions Project Manager, you lead the end-to-end proposal journey from brief to submission, crafting creative, commercially viable event concepts for national and international clients. You collaborate across Sales, Operations and destination specialists to ensure feasibility and alignment with MCI standards. This role is about shaping proposals, not delivering events, and requires translating client objectives into standout solutions. You will influence strategy, supplier selection, and budgets to win business and drive client value. This is a globally oriented role at the heart of business development.

Responsabilidades

- Lead proposal development from brief to submission, translating RFPs into compelling, feasible proposals
- Design tailored event and incentive concepts showcasing Spain’s destinations and supplier network
- Build and manage proposal budgets with pricing structures and commercial recommendations
- Source and negotiate with venues, hotels, experiences and partners
- Shape client-facing proposals and pitch decks with clear storytelling and operational detail




- Act as a trusted client consultant during briefings, presentations and solution discussions
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, destination specialists and international teams
- Drive innovation by staying current on trends, sustainability, technology and AI tools
- Maintain pipeline and proposal visibility via timelines, CRM updates and internal reporting

Requisitos principales

- At least 3 years in a DMC, event agency, incentive house or international MICE environment with proposal development responsibility
- Proven experience creating proposals, budgets and client-facing presentations for events or incentives
- Strong knowledge of Spain as an events/destination context
- Experience sourcing venues and suppliers and negotiating commercial terms
- Strong financial acumen with budgets, mark-ups and commercial models
- Ability to manage multiple proposal processes and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

- Highly organized, precise and detail-oriented
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to make proposals attractive and viable
- Excellent proposal-writing, presentation and storytelling
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM and digital project/proposal tools
