Overview
In this role you manage international traffic and ensure quality shipping service. You coordinate shipment documentation, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and handle incidents to maintain service levels. You will optimize processes for import/export flows and document control, contributing to Puig’s ambitious logistics operations. This is a cross-functional position that supports sustainability and efficient integral trade, within a creative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsabilidades
- Review and send shipment documents for fulfillment at the warehouse
- Print and manage original logistics documents
- Modify documentation per client, carrier, and airline requirements
- Verify and track attached and original documents (e.g., POD)
- Coordinate merchandise inspections between warehouse and Official Organizations
- Manage international traffic incidents across departments and resolve them
- Handle procedures and documentation related to insurance incidents and returns
- Provide alternatives to daily service during emergencies or unexpected events
- Plan traffic bookings with logistics operators and monitor ahead-time alternatives to ensure service levels
Requisitos principales
- Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role (import/export flows)
- Languages: Spanish (native/bilingual), English (advanced), French (desirable)
