and who want to work hard and have fun.The ideal candidate will bring deep hospitality domain expertise, a strong understanding of hotel operations and technology ecosystems, and a passion for creating differentiated, user-centric products.ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementLead the business strategy for the CRS ProductBuild strong market differentiation through the product strategy for IBS product iStay (eCommerce, CRS, Call Center, Booking Engine)Lead a team of Product Manager and Product Owners.Leverage AI-driven design principles to create innovative hospitality technology products that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and enable data-informed decision-makingCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally at IBS and with customer/partners of IBSParticipate in competitor and market analysis in identifying product gaps and emerging market needsParticipate in annual customer meetings/conferences to validate pain points as well as collect key requirementsBe familiar with agile methodologies and disciplines,



especially PDLC process and Strategic Portfolio ManagementBe familiar with AI productivity practices within the product development life cycleAct as a subject matter expert in CRS and specify business requirements for the featuresWork closely with the Engineering and Customer Success organizations in executing the business strategyBusiness Development SupportWork with our sales and marketing team in crafting go-to-market as well as marketing strategy resulting in effective pipeline buildingSupport our sales and marketing organization in deal pursuitsProactively reach out to industry consultants to educate them of iStay value propositionDrive RFP Responses, Proposals and support in sales process including scope definition in contractsImplementation SupportParticipate in functional sessions with clientsUnderstand hospitality clients' needs / challenges / constraints and articulate the value of IBS solutionConvince customers to go live with current available functionality to the extent possibleOther SpecificsExpertise in Hotel Software Ecosystems, mainly PMS, CRSExpert knowledge of Saas product managementStrong communication skills; fluent in EnglishHave senior IT / Business contacts in the hospitality industryMust hold a passport, and be available for domestic and international travelTravelThis position requires frequent travel, up to 50%. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight.
