Sunnier Homes is a real estate agency and property developer based in Torrevieja (Alicante), specialising in the sale of new-build properties across the Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida and Costa de Almería.
Our Sales Department continues to grow, and we are looking for an experienced, native Dutch-speaking Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team at our Torrevieja office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell new-build property developments across Alicante, Murcia and Almería.
Assist Dutch-speaking clients throughout the property-buying process.
Manage and generate leads from Dutch clients.
Conduct property viewings with clients, with the aim of closing sales.
Manage client appointments and follow-ups using the company’s CRM system.
Guide and support clients throughout the entire purchasing process.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in property sales, particularly in new-build developments.
Native-level Dutch and advanced English, both spoken and written.
Strong sales, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Proactive,



commercially minded and results-oriented.
Full, valid driving licence (Category B).
WHAT WE OFFER
Permanent, full-time contract (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 18:00 pm).
