Support Analyst (Shift-Based) | Algeciras
Join APM Terminals' Technology Operations team in Algeciras.
We are looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical support to users across our general terminal network. The role involves troubleshooting software, hardware, connectivity and application issues while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, email, phone and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams.
Document solutions, SOPs and knowledge articles.
Support users across multiple terminals and locations.
What We're Looking For
Experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support.




Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with networks, cloud technologies, IoT or industrial systems is a plus.
Port or terminal experience is desirable.
Fluent English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
