About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Now OT Architect / Technical Business Process Consultant to support Operational Technology (OT) initiatives for a major enterprise customer. This role is adecuado for a senior consultant who enjoys combining solution architecture, customer workshops, business process consulting, and hands-on Service Now expertise.

You will work directly with stakeholders to define OT strategies, shape solution roadmaps, and guide implementations across the Service Now OT suite. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Service Now OT solutions Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings Gather and document business requirements Create user stories and support backlog refinement Conduct solution demonstrations and process design sessions Define implementation roadmaps and delivery strategies Provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery Act as a trusted advisor for customers operating in regulated OT environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with the Service Now OT Suite Proven Business Process Consultant (BPC) background Experience leading customer workshops and discovery sessions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience creating user stories and managing requirements Solution architecture experience within Service Now environments Ability to work independently and lead workstreams from inception to delivery Experience with:OT Service ManagementOT Asset ManagementOT Vulnerability ResponseOT HealthOT Change, Incident, and Request Management Preferred Experience: CMDBService Graph ConnectorsIREService Now Asset Management Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Industrial, or Life Sciences environments What We're Looking For Freelance consultant Strong customer-facing presence Architect mindset with hands-on capabilities Comfortable operating independently Available to work within European time zones Additional Information Remote from Spain10 hours per week Long-term project potential
