About the role as Property finder
As a Property Finder, you will have a wide range of responsibilities. Your main role will be to identify and attract homeowners who wish to sell their property through activities such as door-to-door visits, calls to real estate listings, monitoring "For Sale" signs, Idealista, and other prospecting activities. In other words, your mission will be to find opportunities to acquire properties. In this role, it is also essential to incorporate suitable and accurately valued properties.
During the acquisition process, presenting and promoting Fastighetsbyrån and our services is extremely important. This position requires you to be comfortable working independently and confident in making your own decisions.
About you: We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious individual. You are passionate about sales and driven to build lasting relationships. You should be comfortable working in a sales environment and consider teamwork essential for achieving the best results.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop a network of contacts. The position also requires initiative, excellent organization, and a confident demeanor.
If you already live in the region and have experience with the Spanish system or the real estate sector, that would be a significant advantage.
You have a driver's license and computer skills. You are empathetic, enjoy interacting with others,



and maintain a positive attitude.
Language Requirements
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Knowledge of Swedish is a merit, but not a requirement.

Om tjänsten som Administratör/Aftersales
I rollen som after sales kommer du att ansvara för affären och kunderna i processen efter att köpekontrakt har skrivits. Det innebär att du bland annat kommer att sköta hanteringen av handpenning, utbetalning av denna, besök hos notarier, lagfart- och fullmaktskrivande samt ha viss kontakt med polis och andra statliga myndigheter.
Att arbeta som after sales ställer stora krav på organisationsförmåga och stresstålighet, varför du behöver vara lösningsorienterad. Du kommer att vara den sista personen som kunden har kontakt med, och därför är det även viktigt att du dessutom är riktigt serviceminded.

Vi letar efter dig som är utåtriktad, socialt kompetent och duktig på att nätverka. Du brinner för försäljning och drivs av att skapa långsiktiga relationer. Vi tror att du är van vid att arbeta både självständigt och i team, och ser det som en självklarhet att arbeta tillsammans för att nå bästa resultat. Du förstår att detaljerna många gånger är avgörande och är öppen för ny kunskap, samtidigt som du delar med dig av dina egna erfarenheter. Att du är bosatt i regionen och har erfarenhet av det spanska systemet är ett krav. Om du har erfarenhet av fastighets- eller mäklarbranschen är det meriterande.
Språkkrav
Flytande engelska och svenska i både muntlig och skriftlig form. Kunskaper i spanska är meriterande, men inte ett krav.
