In this role you drive AI project engagements between Allianz Technology and Operating Entities, shaping demand, scoping use cases, and guiding multiple initiatives to production. You form cross-functional squads, translate business pain points into funded AI programs, and steward relationships beyond go-live. You balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery, ensuring reusable building blocks accelerate future deployments.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Form a half-pizza squad with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT/global vertical partners
- Shape and execute OE demand by surfacing AI capabilities and matching reusable building blocks to pain points
- Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle and propagate patterns and lessons




- Trim scope and validate assumptions to maintain ROI
- Own build-to-run handover to global service or local IT during delivery
- Maintain OE relationships post go-live and prepare executive communications for senior leaders

Responsabilidades

- Experience steering delivery or programs in a large organization
- Senior enough for OE leadership discussions and able to understand technical build scope
- Strong stakeholder management, business framing, and roadmap shaping
- xugodme Experience translating business problems into delivered software, preferably in insurance or regulated environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive drive
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
