As Associate Director, Medical Affairs Strategy, you will shape medical strategies for oncology assets from launch to lifecycle management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and globally to translate data and stakeholder insights into impactful medical plans. You’ll lead launch-readiness activities, evidence generation, and strategic prioritization, ensuring medical goals align with business priorities.
This role offers the chance to influence asset strategies in a mission-driven biotech environment. You will partner with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive patient-focused outcomes and innovative solutions.

- Develop and deliver Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans with cross-functional colleagues
- Identify opportunities and evidence gaps; prioritize activities across launch readiness and lifecycle management
- Serve as subject matter expert in local/regional/global cross-functional teams, advisory boards, and congresses
- Support pre/peri/post-launch medical activities for assigned asset(s)
- Partner with MSL team to execute local Medical Affairs strategies
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access to shape product strategy
- Oversee local data generation strategy
- Review materials for alignment with general and local strategy
Responsabilidades
- xugodme Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD)
- 5+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with local healthcare system/payer landscape
- Ability to travel internationally as required
