Key Responsibilities

- Protect customer data at every step
- Keep careful records of every interaction
- Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments
- Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures Requirements:
- Fluent Basque, written and spoken
- Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
- High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
- The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
- Team player who is open to feedback




- Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented Working Conditions:
- Work model: On-Site
- Schedule: Afternoon – 15:00–22:00
- Paid training: 25 days
- Start date: 2 November 2026
- Full-time contract Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
- Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
