Misión

We are looking for a CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT whose mission will be to create and manage engaging, high-quality content for social media that strengthens the brand positioning of our client—a company in the luxury yacht industry—highlights its yachts, lifestyle, and innovation, and drives brand awareness, engagement, and business opportunities.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content showcasing products, events, and customer experiences.

Produce real-time content during boat shows, launches, sea trials, and corporate events.

Identify social media trends and opportunities to maximise reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Dealer teams to support campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Promote the yacht portfolio by highlighting product features, innovation, design, and onboard experiences.

Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights and KPIs.

Maintain and organise the company’s photo and video asset library.

Support wider marketing activities through content creation, photography, video production, and brand communications.

Experiencia

Proven experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video, from concept through to final delivery.

Strong filming and editing skills, particularly using mobile and agile production methods.

Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including current formats, trends, hooks, storytelling and audience behaviour.

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning and KPIs.

Excellent creative and visual sense, with an understanding of luxury branding, aesthetics and premium content.

Ability to create content independently, from idea and storyboard through to filming, editing and publishing-ready delivery.

Willingness and flexibility to travel when required for events, boat shows and content production.

Driving licence.

Advertising and Public Relations.

Audiovisual Communication.

Journalism.

Graphic Design or Digital Design.

Business Administration and Management (BAM) with a specialization in digital marketing.

Idiomas

Spanish and English required

German is a strong plus
