A leading integral customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support customers of an international online bank with accounts, payments, transactions and digital-banking questions. As a Norwegian-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat.

What you will do

- Handle incoming customer contacts in Norwegian by phone, email and live chat
- Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
- Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
- Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
- Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

- Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written
- Customer-service or banking-oriented profile




- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling financial and customer information
- Willing to work on-site at the start (hybrid afterwards)

What we offer

- Salary: €20,400 gross per year
- Performance bonus: up to €180 gross per month

Relocation support

- Relocation from abroad is possible for candidates who can start within about two weeks — details at screening

Location, hours & start

- Location: Benalmádena, Spain — on-site for the first 2 months, hybrid afterwards
- Start: As soon as possible
