In this role you help design, build and operate scalable deployment and automation solutions for financial market applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and standardized automation, boosting deployment reliability and observability. The role blends development support with platform operations to improve efficiency, security and scalability.

You will collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to drive modern DevOps practices and continuous improvement.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD
- Develop, adapt, and maintain reusable automation templates with Ansible
- Assist application teams in integrating deployment pipelines, workflows, and observability configurations
- Operate and improve Airflow-based scheduling and workflow automation




- Write Python scripts to support automation and integrations
- Promote standardization, security, and scalability in build/deploy workflows
- Collaborate with central infrastructure teams on provisioning, upgrades, and platform services (Grafana, Vault, ELK)
- Document processes and best practices for continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

- Strong interest in DevOps and automation across the software delivery lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD, xugodme or similar tools
- Basic Python scripting experience
- Familiarity with Linux environments and application deployments
- Exposure to observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
- Proactive mindset, good communication, team-oriented
