From Huxley, we are currently partnering with one of our most valued clients to find an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead a large-scale payroll transformation program in an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects.Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems,
