As an EHS Specialist, you will provide day-to-day EHS support across multiple sites within a region, partnering with field service engineers, managers, and contractors. You will train staff, manage inspections, and ensure compliance with local and national standards while supporting safety improvements and risk mitigation. You will help implement EHS programs, maintain emergency plans, and drive a Zero Harm culture through proactive coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers impact across wind farm operations and service activities, with a clear focus on regulatory compliance and safety performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide direct EHS support for multiple sites within the region
- Develop and update site procedures aligned with GE Vernova systems and local regulations
- Maintain and test Emergency Plans and train personnel
- Ensure compliance with customer EHS requirements for site access
- Lead EHS documentation review and risk assessments for products and processes




- Coordinate EHS program implementation with Site Manager and region leaders
- Conduct site audits and regulatory inspections; manage EHS documentation retention
- Oversee PPE management, incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
- Support contractor mobilization and wind farm service teams to ensure up-to-date EHS requirements
- Promote continuous EHS improvement and participate in trainings and knowledge sharing
- Represent GE Vernova in local EHS groups and wind regional community
- Advise on deployment of EHS strategy xugodme and regulatory changes
- Maintain and communicate EHS metrics and keep stakeholders informed

Responsabilidades

- Technical background in electricity, mechanical, etc.
- Master in EHS (or equivalent)
- 5 years of wind field operations and/or EHS experience
- Travel availability 50%
- Valid driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and local regulations knowledge
- Technical EHS knowledge with risk assessment, audits, incident management, and EHS management systems
