In this role you will provide day-to-day EHS support across multiple sites within a region, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and GE Vernova standards. You will train staff, lead risk assessments, and drive improvement in safety and incident prevention. You’ll coordinate with site managers, contractors, and service teams to uphold a Zero Harm culture and ensure readiness of emergency plans and compliance documents.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that shapes safety practices across wind farm operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide EHS guidance and assessments for fixed facilities, projects, service operations, and offices within the region
- Train staff on laws, regulations, and risk mitigation; develop and implement risk assessments
- Ensure customer EHS requirements are followed and access is granted for GE Vernova personnel and contractors
- Develop, update, and implement site procedures in line with management systems and local regulations
- Maintain and test Emergency Plans; conduct quarterly drills and train personnel
- Verify safety compliance of products and equipment delivered to sites; manage MCE/Blades team mobilizations
- Lead EHS audits and inspections; manage regulatory agency site inspections




- Oversee PPE management for staff and visitors; maintain EHS documentation
- Support contractor mobilization and regional wind farm services; ensure up-to-date requirements
- Report on EHS metrics and ensure timely incident reporting, investigation, and closure
- Coach and mentor site managers and leaders on EHS strategy and continuous improvement
- Facilitate EHS trainings, meetings, and knowledge transfer across levels
- Collaborate with regulators, contractors, and local services to align on EHS matters
- Identify trends to avert incidents and drive data-informed improvements
- Support and drive a Zero Harm culture across the region

Responsabilidades

- xugodme Technical EHS knowledge and practical experience in wind field operations or EHS
- Master’s level EHS qualification (Técnico Superior PRL) with ergonomic, industrial hygiene, and safety competencies
- Strong knowledge of local and regional EHS regulations and authorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
- Technical expertise in EHS risk assessment, audits, regulatory compliance, and incident analysis
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan (written and spoken)
- 5 years of relevant experience in wind energy or EHS
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driving license
