An international 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE is seeking experienced Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates must have relevant hospitality experience, excellent guest service skills, and a polished, professional attitude to deliver a refined dining experience in line with international luxury hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams

-

Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service

-

Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, allergens, and special promotions

-

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service

-

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

-

Handle guest feedback or minor concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor when required

-

Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers

-

Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, hostess, and service team to ensure smooth operations

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,



and safety standards at all times

Follow grooming, appearance, posture, and communication standards as per international 5-star hotel requirements

Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required

Requirements

-

Must have relevant experience as a Waitress or F&B; Service Attendant

-

Prior experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, fine dining outlet, or international hospitality environment is strongly preferred

-

Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and sequence of service

Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, confident, and professional approach

-

Presentable, well-groomed, and able to represent a luxury hotel image

-

Good communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, or Chinese are an advantage

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operation and handle guest requests professionally

-

Versátil to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

-

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
