Manage liquidity planning and scenario modelling, ensuring adequate cash availability throughout seasonal business cycles.

Drive working capital optimisation through inventory management, supplier payment terms, receivables control, and intercompany cash pooling initiatives.

Assess external financing opportunities when required as an additional liquidity lever.

Lead management reporting activities and provide accurate financial information to senior leadership.

Coordinate, consolidate,



and validate budgets and forecasts prepared across the organisation.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal advisors.

Oversee corporate tax matters across several jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.

Lead and develop the finance team, covering treasury, credit control, and accounting support functions.

Ensure robust accounting processes, reliable monthly closings, and compliance with statutory and fiscal obligations.

Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting tools across the organisation. 8 to 12 years of experience within finance roles.

Previous experience in an international audit firm combined with subsequent in-house multinational experience would be highly valued.

Demonstrated expertise in treasury and working capital management within complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environments.

Strong exposure to seasonal, inventory-intensive businesses such as consumer goods, retail, distribution, or food industries.

Solid knowledge of consolidation, international taxation, audit coordination, and financial reporting.
