MISSION As a Finance Implementation Projects (FIP) Specialist, you will ensure the end-to-end delivery of business and regulatory projects across EMEA. You will act as the bridge between Finance strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems evolve to meet new regulations and business needs. WHAT YOU'LL DOAct as Product Owner for Finance systems, defining the roadmap and business value delivery.
Lead Finance workstreams in large-scale transformation programs affecting accounting and reporting. Design functional specifications and perform impact assessments on data flows and interfaces. Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Risk,
and Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Define testing strategies and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deployment readiness. WHAT YOU'LL BRINGMore than 5 years of experience in Project Management. Deep knowledge of banking activities, products, and financial reporting processes.
Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Business Object).Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
